ABEL TASMAN

Flexible events and conference room

This generously sized room can host training sessions, events large mediation and hearings. The room is flexible and can be set up in several different way to meet the needs of the event. with two 86″ height adjustable ViewSonic Interactive ViewBoards, Kramer Premium 4K PTZ Cameras, integrated speakers and microphones, as well as both lapel and handheld mics, it is well set up to host a wide range of events in person, online, and in a hybrid forum.

ROUTEBURN

Medium sized meeting room

A medium sized meeting room adjacent to reception, Routeburn is set up with full video conferencing capabilities to accommodate meetings in person, online and in hybrid format.
Two glass whiteboards allow for collaboration and make this an ideal workspace for small mediations, hearings and meetings.

MILFORD

Boardroom

Milford is suited for larger meetings, mediations, hearings, webinars and training sessions. With an 86” ViewSonic Interactive ViewBoard, a Kramer 4K Camera, Dual Devio Parle Microphone Solution and Quicklaunch software, Milford is set up to facilitate in-person, online and hybrid events.

HEAPHY AND TONGARIRO

Breakout rooms

Our two breakout rooms provide a space for meetings as well as a breakout space for mediations. For greater flexibility, Heaphy has been configured to be more informal, with a soft couch, coffee table, chair and ottoman. This makes this ideal for Family Dispute Mediation voice of the child sessions. A box of toys is also available for our smaller guests.

Tongariro has been configured as a more traditional meeting room with a round table and chairs set up.
Both rooms have two glass whiteboards for collaboration and brainstorming.

PĀTAKA RAUEMI

The library

Featuring a large worktable and occasional seating, Pātaka Rauemi | The Library is primarily designed as a space for practitioners to come in to work. It can also be used as a meeting room space, mediation, or hearing venue.

  • 4 people as a workspace
  • 10 people as a meeting space
  • Occasional seating for 8

TĪ POINT

Tī Point provides a breakout space from the meeting rooms, a space for our guests to enjoy, and a kitchenette to service the meeting rooms. The decking off Ti Point also provides a spaces for our guests to get some fresh air.

Hot Desks/Co-Working

For practitioners who are seeking a hybrid or co-working solution, we have a limited number of hot desks available at a daily, monthly or annual rate. All desks are assigned a locker so you can keep belongings on-site if required.

Catering

With access to some of Takapuna’s leading restaurants and cafes, we can arrange catering to suit the needs of your event. Tea and coffee are included with all room hire. 

Administrative Support

Our on-site ADR Centre concierge will be able to assist you with any administrative requirements such as couriers, photocopying, or minute-taking. 

Technical Support

Our staff will be on hand to ensure that your event runs smoothly, and our in-house ICT department are also available.
