About the Presenters:

Polly Pope

Polly Pope is a commercial barrister at the Bankside Chambers and a Building Disputes Tribunal Panellist. She has specialist expertise in the intersection of construction disputes and insolvency. She has acted for directors, head contractors, developers, subcontractors, receivers, liquidators and creditors in construction and insolvency disputes.

Polly is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand.

Michael is the Manager of the Building Disputes Tribunal.

Michael brings 30 years of legal practise, including 20 years gained in-house, most recently as General Counsel and Company Secretary for a State-owned enterprise.
