ICRA also provides independent and impartial review and auditing processes of intra-organisational and extra-organisational B2B and B2C complaints processes, procedures and outcomes.

The Building Disputes Tribunal is recognised and respected as the leading independent, nationwide provider of specialist dispute resolution services to the building and construction industry. We provide guidance to parties and their advisers as to the most appropriate dispute resolution process for any particular dispute and support them through the process. 

The Building Disputes Tribunal is an Authorised Nominated Authority for the purpose of nominating adjudicators until the Construction Contracts Act.
