The New Zealand International Arbitration Centre (NZIAC) provides an effective forum for the settlement of international trade, commerce, investment, and cross-border disputes in the TransPacific region. NZIAC is a member of the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group (APRAG) and strives to promote and underpin trade, investment, and sustainable economic development and growth in the Trans-Pacific Region by providing an effective and certain forum for the settlement of international trade, commerce, investment, and cross-border disputes in the Trans-Pacific Region.
The Family Dispute Resolution Centre (FDR Centre) delivers private dispute resolution services designed to meet the specific needs of families. Experience has shown us that every family dispute is different. We listen. We guide. We provide the best possible solutions to resolve arguments. Those dispute resolution options include FDR Mediation (care and contact), elder mediation, relationship property, trusts, wills and estates (arbitration, mediation, and arb-med). Our aim is to achieve positive, lasting outcomes for parents, guardians, children and other family/ whānau members.
The Building Disputes Tribunal is an Authorised Nominated Authority for the purpose of nominating adjudicators until the Construction Contracts Act.
