Getting Blood Out Of A Stone Webinar

What adjudication under the Building Disputes Tribunal fixed fee scheme looks like
Date: Thursday 5th September
Time: 12:30pm – 1:30pm
Venue: Webinar
Cost: Free

About this event:

The cost of having a  construction dispute resolved, or uncertainty about those costs, prevents many people from recovering money that they are properly entitled to be paid under building and construction contracts.

This is particularly so where the amount in dispute is relatively small by industry standards – claims for less than $100,000 including GST.

In this online seminar, expert panellist and construction industry veteran Paul O’Brien will take you through the Building Disputes Tribunal’s fixed fee adjudication process in plain English so you can be entirely confident about its applications.

This webinar is for anyone who would like to know more about the adjudication process and its practical applications.
